All you need to do is place this sleigh on your land. Once you place it - edit the height if you want it in the sky, or you can have him rotate on the ground - that's your choice.

He can hold two passengers in the sleigh - its a tight squeeze (he's a big guy). This is great if you want him up there all the time.
