So I thought my Native Girl outfit needed a little authentic scenery. I decided to check out the new wild west role play sim of Laredo. The native area is set up with all sorts of interactive things to do, weaving rugs, baskets, drying fish, teepees everywhere. It looks really nice, and my avatar enjoyed trying her hand at a few native crafts.

You can see her weaving (She's so good already!). The area was empty when i arrived, so I felt completely free to roam around. I don't like visiting new places when folks are around.

I did see some white westerners around, but they didn't come into the Indian encampment, so I was happy.

She's a little cold, but she can't run fast, and she gets too hot if she makes the trip wearing her warm winter clothing.

You can purchase just the Canoe. The Canoe is birch, and the owner rez's it over the water and is able to pilot the boat. An oar will be given to the driver when they sit down (so you'll never lose your oars). You can have one passenger, they sit in the back, and will be given a pipe to smoke (if they choose) when they sit down.

You can purchase the Bow, Arrow and Quiver separately. The bow is animated and puts your avatar into a fighting stance when you wear it. It shoots arrows if you go into mouselook, but not very far, its meant more for the looks. When you are in mouselook (you can't see yourself), but you stand up straight and tall and your avatar gets ready to shoot (it's pretty cool looking).

Can you find the 250L Santa Outfit. One of the outfits in the sim is set to sell for 250L - if you find it - you can be Santa for only 250L tonight!

Santa's outfit got upgraded this year. Mrs. Claus had to hem it up a little after Santa tore his long coat in the chimney.

Having a shorter coat is safer for him, and allows him easier access to lower diameter chimneys.

Santa's avatar comes with custom knickers, jacket, hat, belt, boots, beard, hair, corn cob pipe, and shape.

Santa's outfit got upgraded this year. Mrs. Claus had to hem it up a little after Santa tore his long coat in the chimney.

Having a shorter coat is safer for him, and allows him easier access to lower diameter chimneys.

Santa's avatar comes with custom knickers, jacket, hat, belt, boots, beard, hair, corn cob pipe and shape. The Male Fantasy skin from your SL Library is pictured on this model. I think it works really nicely for Santa. Don't put on the shape though - its the shape of an elf - very small - and won't fit this outfit).

If you're looking to find just the right thing - finding a good Christmas Market with a smattering of this and that is a wonderful thing to find. There are a few out there which I've had the pleasure of visiting. Once there - if you like what you see - usually you can get a landmark to the main store. If you are a creator and want to sell at these markets - I HIGHLY recommend all these owners. Good communication and great atmosphere!

Christmas Mall, Glamorous Vendetta - Zwerfer Gilks has been doing this for a couple years and really does a nice job, good space, and a wide variety of Christmas merchants put a sampling of their items here.

Christmas Market 2011, Planet Earth - Vircha Kerouac has had a market for years. He LOVES Christmas and does a great job making you feel like your transported in time to a winter wonderland. He is a creator as well as the organizer of the market.

Christmas Market at Santa Claus Place, Jura - Gregleens Merlin is another fellow whose had a market for years. If you want to ski when you finish skating - this is the place for you. Lovely rope toe with a nice ski trail. The market is well laid out, with a variety of merchants.

There aren't a ton items for sale, but the sim is amazing, and what is here - is WELL worth seeing. It's labeled an adult sim (but there's nothing in the enclosed skybox that isn't G rated - that I can see). Worth checking out!

This is a great wagon. Instructions on the inside. It has four seats in the hayride, and one seat for the driver. You can set the sitting balls to show (so your guests know where to click easier) or if your just roaming through town, you can hide them with a simple command.

The wheels on the wagon turn and rotate when you do. The horses are not animated, but the wagon does move.

Its priced so anyone can afford to have a double hitched horse wagon. You can find it in the Christmas area!

This table comes with everything on it - just put it down - and the whole thing rezzes - no messing about.

It takes 25 prim from your land tab. I have included an hors d'oeurve giver which can be put right on top of the plates. It will give your guests samples on touch of all the items - there are 15 different desserts with animations your guests can receive - it also gives utensils.

There is approximately 800 prim temporary rezzed which gives the appearance of a huge feast - and its awesome - especially if you do not have much land - and want more bang for your buck.

Its great if you want a lot of look for very little prim! Comes with chocolate cake, apple pie, soup, cupcakes, doughnuts, bagels, muffins, angel food cake, strawberries, Christmas cookies, grapes, chocolates, cheesecake.

was playing with the lighting in the SL Beta 3 and took this photo. I"m not sure why the atmospheric lighting produces this effect. It was kind of cool for a photo effect, and perhaps it did this because I was inside.

If you haven't downloaded the beta - I recommend it. lately its been horrid as far as slowness/restarts - but the bonus's cannot be matched!

HTML on a prim - show someone your flikr, facebook, blog on a prim (takes a moment, no land rights - or fancy scripting).

Megaprims (basically make a prim just about any dimension you want (yup that's right)!

This tub is filled with dingy water. If you sit in it - your avatar will relax in this tub.

Touch the curtain and it will disappear - cute little vintage item for your vintage home

This set includes sink, mirror, and a shelf with a number of ephemera items you can choose to display, or not display.

Vintage toothe paste, vintage laudnum, vintage, carbolic acid (for the treatment of syphillis), vintage medication bottle, vintage ad on carbolic acid, sign for syphillis and crabs epidemic, and some cigars (touch and get a cigar). If you wear the cigar your avatar will smoke.

Sit on the sink and your avatar will begin washing its hands.

Water really runs from the faucet with a touch!

Extremely reasonable price - use some of it - use it all - it's got a lot of bang for the buck!

The toilet flushes when you touch it and the lid opens and closes. Comes with sound effects as well!

Whittle: Sit down on this stool and your avatar will receive a piece of wood and a knife. When you wear them both, your avatar will begin to whittle, and wood chips will float out.

When you 'sit' on this table your avatar will be given a knife. Wear the knife and you will see your avatar butchering meat.

Butcher: When you are done butchering, all you need to type is /9 hide into the local chat, and all the meat will disappear (as if you were done butchering and emptied your barrel).

Saw: Sit on this Fallen log and you will be given a saw. Wear the saw and you will notice your avatar is sawing the tree

Dry your clothes: Sit on the basket and your avatar will be given a mens shirt. Wear the shirt, and it will appear that your avatar has removed it from the basket and is putting it up on the clothes line to dry.

Once she's done she'll go back into the basket for more. Feel free to try it out in the Trapper section at Shabby Chic.

Wash your clothes: Sit on the stool and your avatar will be given a shirt and a sudsy scrub brush. Your avatar will wash clothing in the water, which is scripted to swirl

Chicken Coop: This chicken coop has a door that opens on touch, one of the chickens is roosting up in the coop. It comes with a mod/copy chicken, so you can make as many chickens as you want, put them in various positions, or even add scripts to them so they move.

This is a really versatile start - works well just as is - or you have the option to do other things to it.

Barrels: These wooden barrels could be for wine or beer or just spare rain barrels. They are all nicely stacked in a pile - and look great beside your house - a really nice looking addition - low prim

Firewood: This stack of firewood loos nice and authentic, comes with chopping block and ax. Looks great sitting next to the house, textures are photorealistic.

Drying Fish: Several rows of fish are drying on this rack over a nice smoldering fire.

Fire is scripted with some crackling sounds, and smoke comes from the fire as the low flames flicker.

Shabby Chic Lady Syleena Medieval Gown

This custom gown comes with a lovely flexi skirt with vintage print, golden embroidered accents, and a teal satin underskirt with a lace slip peeking through the bottom.

The leather belt knots around the front of the gown and holds a rabbit fur and sword. There is a second scripted sword which when worn on the right hand puts the avatar in a fighting stance. If the avatar touches in front of it, it stabs, lunges and jabs and swirls complete with sound effects.

The gown has prim sleeves and a glitch skirt. There is also a cape with a removable hood. The cape is made of black velvet and lined with gold silk.

The head dress is cranberry velvet with gold embroidery. It has a fabric that floats down the back of the hair which you can choose to make invisible just by touching it, or show it. When you touch it, a menu pops down and allows you to choose whether the fabric will show.

Gown has great versatility and uniqueness - I'm so proud to offer this gown!

I attended a medieval festival and a woman was wearing this dress. She was a vintage clothing creator in the physical world. I told her I created vintage clothing in Second life, and asked if I could create her gown for my store. I told her I would name the gown after her, and give her a copy.

It doesn't do her dress justice - she had fabulous artistry. But it was definitely fun to create this gown!
